Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Elements Theatre Co.

Competition Period

The competition opens at 7:00pm (AEST) on Monday, 13 July 2026 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on Saturday, 18 July 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Queensland residents only.

• Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.

• Only one (1) prize will be awarded.

How to Enter

To enter:

1. Follow Elements Theatre Co. on Facebook or Instagram.

2. Like the competition post.

3. Comment on the competition post answering the question provided.

Bonus Entry: Receive one (1) additional entry by tagging three (3) local friends in a separate comment on the competition post.

There is no limit to the number of bonus entries, provided each bonus entry tags three (3) different local friends.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) weekly recreational group class FREE for the remainder of Term 3, 2026.

The prize covers one (1) weekly recreational group class only, regardless of the number of classes in which the winner is enrolled.

The prize:

• Applies to one (1) weekly recreational group class only.

• Is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

• Cannot be exchanged for another product or service.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion unless approved by Elements Theatre Co.

 

Exclusions

The prize does not include:

• Private tuition.

• Production programs, including (but not limited to) Beauty and the Beast Jr. and Grease.

• Workshops.

• Holiday programs.

• Special events or masterclasses.

• Merchandise, costumes or performance-related expenses.

• Additional weekly classes beyond the single eligible group class.

 

Existing Enrolments

If the winner has already paid their Term 3 tuition fees for the eligible class, Elements Theatre Co. will reimburse the applicable tuition fees by 31 July 2026.

The reimbursement applies only to the eligible weekly recreational group class included in this promotion and does not include any excluded programs or additional classes.

 

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.

The winner will be announced during the Elements Theatre Co. Open Day on Sunday, 19 July 2026, and will also be contacted via the social media account used to enter.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being contacted, Elements Theatre Co. reserves the right to redraw the prize.

 

Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants agree that their first name and surname initial may be published if they are selected as the winner. Personal information collected will only be used for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

 

General

• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be deemed invalid.

• Elements Theatre Co. reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

• Elements Theatre Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
